Well when I make faggots it's minced pork with pig liver, onions, sage and breadcrumbs served with onion gravy.

Buttery mashed potatoes and yes peas but you can use chips/fries instead of mashed potatoes, just make sure to have plenty of brown gravy not that white sausage stuff you Americans like.
