Lazy susans are usually only found in restaurants and for larger groups of people (10+). Plus they're more for lunch and dinner, whereas breakfast is usually eaten at home, or at the hole-in-the-wall mom & pop stall down on the street corner, or on the move while you're going to work. I can only speak for Wuhan behavior though, since eating habits change with locales. Example: Cantonese with the dim sum customs.
