What do yall recommend for a man who, rather than resents that salty, fishy taste, actually cant get enough of it?

Currently i eat sardine sandwiches topped with anchovies.
Ive heard theres a plethora of fermented fish products from both Europe and Asia but im not sure where to start, anyone who can give me some recommendations? The more pungent and fishy the better dont hold back
