Parisian steak, which is neither steak nor parisian, is pretty good, the pickled condiments go really nice with the butter fried bread, the yolk and the beef. One of those dishes that can be comfy fastfood or god tier culinary experience depending on the chef. It's nothing like beef tartare, shut up
