Not him but that’s how you calculate food costs properly. The trick is leaving little to no waste. Buy perishable goods for three days use maximum and resupply when you run out. I always make myself two portions of food for dinner. One I eat immediately and the other I eat for the next days lunch. My French bread pizza was made from almost 100% left over things from the chicken parmesan I made the night before with the exception of a few pieces of pepperoni. Tomorrow i’ll have the rest of the chicken parmesan for lunch and I’ll even have pasta left over to make carbonara on Thursday. The extra pork chop with rice and peas I made tonight i’ll have for dinner tomorrow. 100% money efficiency and I’m eating like a king. I spent a grand total of $6 to eat three great meals today

I'm not to scared of pink personally and i fucking hate dry pork. They were medium rare. If i was cooking for other people i might have left them in the oven for an extra five minutes. The pork chop was juicy and tender as it gets. I was very happy with how they turned out. I should have taken a picture after i cut into it but i was too busy stuffing my face. I cleaned that plate in five minutes. This is one plate of leftovers I'm seriously looking forward to.
