Sounds interesting, should check out if I can find some delivery like this here. I usually buy beef from farmer. He is really good guy, giving me his homemade salami/sausages for free sometimes so I bake bread for him. And the beef is always top tier.

I am always trying to buy just local veggies/fruits but sometimes it’s just impossible. Like you can’t find peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes from local sources, everything is imported even during season. It’s fucked up totally.
