i've got a bottle of shitty bourbon collecting dust at home. i'm never going to drink it, so i'm looking for some easy recipes to use it in. something i could cook every once in a while to slowly get rid of it would be great. general ideas of what kinds of food fit are also fine. my kitchen is not well equipped so anything baking is out.
