I’m not hip to all these out-state versions of BBQ and smoked meat but I do go to the Victory Inn/Victory Smokehouse here in Warren MI every Sunday to watch the Lions and they’ve got some great food (I usually get the burt ends or brisket with a mac & cheese on the side).

My buddies and I have been going to the Victory Inn every Sunday to catch the Lions game for several years and they’re in partnership with the Victory Smokehouse, so I usually get a 1/2 lb of brisket or burnt ends with a mac & cheese on the side.

I used to grill up a steak on Saturdays fairly often during the summer but I haven't bothered in the last year or two, as there's a great smokehouse down the road from me and it's easier and better tasting to just go pick-up some burnt ends and brisket.
