If you could open any kind of restaurant with all the money and other resources you would need to make your vision come true, what kind of place would it be and what would you call it?

For me, it would be a kosher/halal bakery called Challah Akbar. We'd make high quality breads and pastries from both Hebrew and Islamic cultures, while also serving bagel sandwiches at breakfast and lunch.
