That Santoku looks like every other cheap $20 grocery store knife I've ever seen
420HC makes me feel like it is just every other $20 grocery store knife I've seen just with someone's face on it
That said this design kind of interests me, I've never seen a kitchen knife with thus blade shape. Is there any advantage to it over a typical chef knife?
