In a normal economy where the goverment wasn't dumping billions into subsidized HFCS and chickens without beaks that can't survive without a constant IV drip of military-grade antibiotics, farms would be growing foods in roughly the sane proportions as people naturally want to eat. People naturally want to eat delicious balanced diets.

The problem is markets aren't left alone, and an artificial excess of supply creates its own demand. So now there are millions of adults who get angry and irritable if they go more than an hour without their HFCS fix and they've developed their own cultural identity. They will rage at people who eat real food and call them subversive, america-hating pretentious smug vegan extremists.

And so here we are, where liking arugula makes you politically suspect, hating broccoli makes you presidential material, and a picture of a vegetable is somehow a provocative, controversial topic of conversation. This thread will probably be deleted.

Nothing. It's completely unacceptable to mention a woman's weight, even a doctor.

Perfectly ok for a woman to mock and berate a man for being under 6'10" of course, but if a woman needs an electric wheelchair to get around it's somehow a good thing and beauty standards are just unrealistic
