I was going to make a new thread but I’ll try in here. Can any of you anon’s give me a QRD of the most essential spices for Indian? I have curry powder and paste, cumin, garlic, onion, tomato. I’ve tried to make saag paneer and it came out gritty some how. Also I’m looking for a good replacement for paneer. I’ve tried feta and mozzarella and they both suck. I heard cheddar cubes work but I think they just melt like the mozzarella did. Any help is appreciated. Cheers
