Yeah there's really no way to make the heads look pretty. It was really good tho. Crispy caramelized skin from frying with a bit of maple syrup and the meat was tender and juicy. I promised to use every part I could of my ducks, and that included the head.

First off, I'm not a racist like you, I support food sovereignty, which is something many people of all backgrounds support since it encourages independence from any centralized system.

Second of all, if you actually look into the WHO's research that "showed" that meat was a carcinogen you will find a variety of really shitty animal studies that involve torturing rodents by injecting them with known carcinogens and then feeding them massive quantities of meat. The mice and rats who actually ate tons of red meat (WHICH RODENTS SHOULDNT EAT TO BEGIN WITH) actually seemed to get LESS colorectal cancerous legions than the control group. So where they got their conclusions is beyond me™. This is probably why they say they did several hundred studies but only actually published a handful to be seen by the public.

If you even look at the WHOs website on their claim that red meat gives you cancer they tell you SPECIFICALLY not to associate it with cigarettes, as if they didn't know retards don't exist.

Also there are movements in agriculture to become independent from government subsidies, like the regenerative ag movement, which relies on having multiple enterprises (instead of being a one crop or one animal farm) as well as utilizing natural animal behaviors and light weight, mobile infrastructure to dramatically cut costs on expensive equipment and chemicals.
