whats the big appeal of sake? its not terrible and it makes up for what it lacks in high abv, but i cant really see this being so popular all over asia
compared to fruit wine its just kind of lacking in any noticable taste and i would've thought the average farmer in 1000 ad would try to make this out of his rice and go "yep, thats disgusting" instead of trying to find subtle nut flavors we do today, or did i just get a really bad brand
