Any wine man worth his weight in salt knows that Riesling isn't shit, it literally is one of the more complex white wines that comes from the old world. Go drink some VDP Rieslings then talk some shit.

Gewürztraminer is a wonderful grape, tastes like lychee syrup to me personally, age-worthy and complex. Look for examples coming from Austria as well as Alsace.
