Japanese people don't eat a lot of food in a sitting

It was kind of weird. i was never full. Sometimes I actually hated it. i wanted to be full. But then you also realize, that none of the Japanese are fat and they have much lower disease rates and stuff like that.

I much prefer the Mediterranean, which is a mix of both. I get to be full, and it's good, reasonably healthy food.
