Cow belches and flatulence are the main greenhouse gas source from agriculture, which accounts for ~9% of the nation's greenhouse gases. This is not controversial.

Additionally, cattle ranching accounts for 80% of current deforestation. This is unsustainable, drastically reduces global biodiversity, imperils ecosystems worldwide and exacerbates pretty much every climate related problem.

What foods drop off the most when reheated? For example, it's pretty much impossible to properly reheat a steak to the right temp and feel as when you're making it for the first time. Or like how a thicker burger pretty much needs to be eaten right away. Is beef the worst food for reheating? Any tips for reheating?

Anyone in the dairy industry here?

I've been buying skim milk from this one local brand for a while but recently there's been a lot of (unhomogenized) cream in it. Last half gallon I got had almost as much as whole milk. Can those skimming machines break unnoticeably or are they trying to fuck my cholesterol levels?

If your steak isn't still mooing when it's brought to you, it's been overcooked.
