i made a Chorizo breakfast pizza one time, turned out really good but clearly needed higher heat as cosmetically it don't look as good as it could have, wife really liked it too.

18oz dough
Rico's cheddar cheese sauce
5oz chrozio
4oz scrambled eggs
2oz green peppers
2oz onion (forgot if i added this but i would)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (9-12oz probably)
3oz cheddar cheese for color

i unironically make that shit every day, it's not bad but horribly overpriced.

i sometimes make stuff at home too, this was a first attempt. crust was nice and crispy but remained pale, i was just using a regular bread recipe for the crust to be honest so maybe the issue was there. either way it tasted fine.

made a pizza with chorizo breakfast pizza, turned out pretty well and my wife was raving about it. really the only issue with it is the crust didn't brown much but that is cosmetic.

was a homebrew so it had something like:
Rico's cheddar cheese sauce base
5-6oz mexican chorizo
4-5oz scrambled eggs
2-3oz onion
2-3oz green and red bell peppers
1-2oz minced jalapeno (slices on top would be preferred i think)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
3oz cheddar cheese sprinkled on top

time & temperature likely could be improved but i cooked it at 375f for 20 minutes.

crust i made from a bread recipe i usually use which is on the taste of home website under basic bread recipe, about 30-40% of the dough from that, cooked the rest up in a loaf.
