I wouldn't be surprised if some extra chromosome "worker" saw a flour weevil and sprayed OFF into it. Hell I made a nice risotto riddled with weevils the other day and it was damn tasty (pic related). Even made a thread about it so there's that.

So, I'm making risotto tonight and I open my bag of organic arborio rice and it's crawling with weevils (pic related). If it were normal rice I'd rinse it and scoop them off as they floated to the top but that would ruin risotto. Any suggestions? My only thoughts are just to cook the fuckers with the rice since I'm not squeamish, but that somehow seems a little too asia/africa for an italian dish.
