Most of my studio walk-up apartment is currently devoted to hot sauces of various flavor profile, rarity, and most importantly SCOVILLES (as I continue my heat-tolerance journey).

You might notice that most of these bottles are unopened; I always buy at least one "dupe" bottle for collection purposes, and this photo was taken on the day we were moving my sauce archive to u/MarioMaster42's storage facility. As you might guess, u/MarioMaster42 is quite the Nintendo fan, we met when I PM'd him about his incredibly difficult level in Mario Maker, "TheNoobGrinder"! Anyway, u/MarioMaster42 recently moved into a condo where he converted the second bedroom into a dedicated climate-controlled bunker for securely storing Whiskey, Cigars, Hot Sauce, Lego, and of course Funkopops in case the Trumptards try staging another coup. (You'd be amazed how much Funkopops plastic can degrade in a year if exposed to UV light! Do better, Funkopops!)

Hypothetically, we estimate that our combined hot-sauce collections could last as much as TEN YEARS... if actually opened and consumed, but frankly they will be much more valuable as barter in the dystopian hellscape to come. In a world where Hot Ones is no longer being broadcast, every pristine unopened bottle of Secret Aardvark could be traded for ten, no TWENTY child brides, if our sauce-femoid equivalency matrix is correct. And a man with a stash of Da' Bomb Final Answer might easily become a regional warlord in the nuclear/toxic wasteland of tomorrow.
