Not induction, and it's not at all worse, gets hotter quicker because the coils are more powerful, the oven is a full cubic foot larger, and the glass top is MUCH easier to keep clean compared to coils.

Only real "downside" is I have to clean the top regularly with a ceramic top cleaner, which isn't at all an issue as it just encourages me to clean it more regularly anyway.
