Today I brewed my moka pot without water inside, thank god I realized the fuckup after 5 minutes and immediately put it under cold running water. Apparently nothing happened, I threw away the old gasket which was undamaged and popped a new one in, also the limescale inside the boiler peeled off and burned so I got a free cleaning without using vinegar.
I’m so mad and angry with myself for what happened I can’t stop thinking about it…
