take baguettes, ( or bolillos if you have a mexican bakery nearby ), cut them in half as if for a sandwich, smear refried beans, top with cheese and broil until the cheese melts. It is the mexican version on the british beans on toast. It is very common in Mexico, even Mcdonalds serves McMolletes here.
