Yes, and it's good, but that's not enough to save their cuisine on the whole.
Almost every meal (unless you're at a somewhat "upscale" restaurant):

Admittedly some countries are better than others, but it's starch galore and I can't stand it.

Hey Anons this is my first time posting here so be nice to me :).
So I moved alone to a new city for university.All students here have access to eat free but I dont want to go eat there because I dont have any friends to eat with.I was thinking about learning how to cook so do you have any suggestions for a starter?I already know how to make pasta and rice.
