No offense, but I am going through sommelier courses now because I want to school people on wine. How the fuck do you do that behind a bar? do you leave the bags under the bar and pour it? Surely you wouldn't let anyone see that you are pouring "Bota Box" or "Fish Eye" If you do, I'd love to work at your place just to fuck with people.
