I have some Germans visiting me, they land around 4 and I figured I'd have something fairly typical of Germans for a light meal when they land. I realize the rest of the trip they'd like our American diabetes food, but last time they liked having something light before passing out.

What are some good cheese, crackers, spreads and so forth for an easy abendbrot?
