Had a fresh Orval, a cellared Orval, a Rochefort 10 and a cellared Westy 12 today for lunch. Overall it was a thoroughly rewarding experience, especially if you pair the quads with some strong blue stilton or Trappist cheese. Would definitely recommend if given the opportunity.
Pic related is a honey mustard marinated steak that went excellently with the Orval.
