Anyone have experience cooking chicken hearts and gizzards?
i just got them at the market recently because chicken breasts are too expensive here (i buy thighs but they're only marginally cheaper) and those cuts are fairly cheap.
i tried doing the gizzards tonight. i read that i have to boil them first so i did and then i did a little stir fry. i've never had that cut before so im unsure if the texture is meant to be rough and chewy.
