Yep. It's actually the nicest bar in town but there are only 3 of them so by city standards it would be a dive bar. I'm on a first name basis with all of the bartenders and I even fucked one of them. They have my drink ready for me before I even ask and I have known the owner for years. I actually just got back from there, I controlled myself tonight and I'm only buzzed.

I just got a job that is going to require me to be on the road for 6-8 weeks at a time and so far all we have eaten is fast food garbage.
Before I got hired, I was eating to bulk. My diet mainly consisted of the following:

>breakfast
>5 eggs w/cheddar cheese
>1/2 lb ground beef
>2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/ cream cheese
>~pint of whole milk

>dinner
>half box of whole wheat pasta
>1/2 lb ground beef
>mozz cheese
>pasta sauce
>~pint of whole milk

I would also drink milk throughout the day.
Eating like this, I gained about 30 lbs over a year. I was also hitting the gym 3 days a week. I was in pretty good shape.
I've only been on this job about a week and a half but I can already tell my definition is slacking.
My question is this:
What can I do to eat similarly to how I was before taking this job? Does anyone have any recs as far as cooking their own food while on the road?
