hi, i just made the dough for my croissants and im wondering from which height im suppose to drop it from? i wrapped it in plastic and dropped it from the second floor into the ground but it didnt seem to add any air bubbles into the dough?

I know this is probably appalling to most people and an extremely unpopular opinion, but I think croissants are disgusting. I hate the way they smell and they basically taste the way they smell, like buttery, yeasty plastic, vomit. I also hate their size, just too much fucking bread. Some people I know can eat two of these fuckers on top of a full plate of food. Boggles my mind.

I can tell by the picture that they're definitely undercooked. Croissants are supposed to be like pic related, but to be fair I undercook mine sometimes on purpose, especially if I fill them with cheese, undercooked croissants filled with brie and some cranberry jam on the side are fucking amazing.
