Sometimes I will get pork that ends up having this weird "sour" taste. It's not gone bad, because it didn't smell sour at all before I cooked it, and the date on it was fine, sometimes it will be pork that I had bought that day and cooked that day.

They are pork cutlets by the way, I usually make tonkatsu with them. So just bread them and fry them. It's not the pan I use (thought maybe it was soap?), nothing else I cook in it gets a sour taste. It's definitely a pork thing but I have no idea why some pork will come out sour tasting and some won't.

Any ideas /ck/?
