5:2 food thread!
Recipes must be under 500 calories for women .
Men get 600 lucky calories.
Lately I have been going with 500 calories worth of plain chicken tenders (not the breaded kind) and canned green beans. Mostly because its easy to calculate.

What other meat/veg combos will get me trough the day?

You need to take a day off and spend it not eating. If you are really worried you use a cheap glucometer to make sure your blood sugar does not go too low.
Once you do this a few times it will get better and better.
But remember I am a doctor so dont do anything.
