/ck/ I need help. I have an obsessive compulsive disorder with apples. I eat about 20-25 apples a day. Some days I only eat apples and drink apple juice.

right now with my gf. Cozy breakfast under blankets, listening to shoegaze. It's dark, cold and snowing outside.

whats the difference between cooking a steak on a regular pan as oppose to a cast iron grill pan?

i guess you wouldnt even cook on it cause it would be uneven, kind of

got one (grill pan) here but never cooked a steak on it. i just finished reading on some page that you just grill it for 30 sec or so and then move it back to the regular pan.

i will be trying this in like 30m
