Yeah I guess, but I don't know anyone who does. Typically you get a press to make them. They sell fresh mexican tortillas at nearly every major grocer here, you get a huge amount for real cheap so I just buy them.

I'd say google a good mix distribution for it. I don't know one off the top of my head. You can get packets for $1 or less or buy specialty blends.
It's just a simple dinner to go to the store and buy tortillas, ground beef, and seasoning packet and cook tacos while drunk
