I used to buy coffee from costco.
Jose's columbian is ok, I could never finish a 3lb bag before it would go completely stale.
Avoid anything starbucks from costco, it's all fucking charcoal, literal burnt shit even if it says medium roast, I imagine this is what brewing charcoal briquettes tastes like.

I have a few favorites, ikea's patar medium roast, aldi's honduras and peru whole bean, I keep coming back to this 10% kona blend because it's consistently good and doesn't seem subject to bad batches that are definitely NOT light roasts despite being labeled as such.
