What does /ck/ eat when they're depressed?

It's almost 4AM here, I'm coming down off adhd meds which make me forget to eat and also make me sad. I want something comforting with the lowest effort possible.

Can you suggest any kind of sadness casserole that I can make from these premium ingredients:

-totinos pizzas
-mozzarella/cheddar/pepperjack cheese
-turkey lunchmeat
-chef boyardee ravioli
-tortillas
-refried beans
-canned hot dog chili
-bread

I also have other shit like apples and yogurt but I'm really looking for the kind of food that you can shove into a bowl and eat alone in the dark. This is the first time I've felt like eating in days, don't disappoint me, /ck/.
