Nice rebuttal. Put this article from 2014 (which ironically is about the parent company of hellmans accusing a vegan mayonaise brand of selling a product without eggyolk as mayonaise) through a translator.

Since then, they changed the recipe to 73% dat, and they can call their product mayonaise again (which they emphasise by branding it "Hellmanns REAL mayonaise").
