I just finished making a tasty NY style cheesecake for dessert after the thanksgiving feast tomorrow. Pic absolutely related. It just finished cooling in its waterbath in the oven, and it separated from the sides of the spring form pan perfectly, no cracking at all! I'm very pleased with the outcome and I'm excited to serve it tomorrow.

Aside from that, I'll be helping with the prep for everything that hasn't already been done tonight. By the way, if anyone wants the recipe I always use for cheesecake, here ya go: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/8350/chantals-new-york-cheesecake/

I found it online a few years ago and I never found a need to bother with other recipes for cheesecake.
