Less common answer for Ohio.
Shredded leftover or canned chicken cooked in a slow cooker with some kind of chicken broth or cream of chicken and bread stuffing or saltine/ritz crackers to thicken it and stuffed into white hamburger buns. I think it's mainly common in central OH and other ex-amish/mennonite areas.
Every potluck I've ever been to in central OH has had it, and despite being peak poverty, it is delicious. Growing up I always thought it was just a normal midwestern dish but recently I figured out it's apparently a local thing
