Ok so you're not sensitive to meat you're sensitive to an industrial chemical.
At this point it's clear, no one should be eating nitrate and nitrite cured meats (sausages) of any type (I still do just limited.)
You should not be trying to find hotdogs.

I have suffered a slight B-12 deficiency from drinking to heavily, which caused shooting needle pains in my lower extremities.
Like a true heavy drinker I backed off just enough that the pain went away without taking supplements. Instead of quitting drinking at all, or even heavily. I still drink like a fish.
