I do indeed have one. Pic related, in fact. That might make the slicing fast but it does nothing to speed up covering the slices with meat & breading.

Can confirm. Dane here, my family had one growing up. All the relatives did too. Pic related is the exact model that my parents still have. It has fine wires rather than "blades", and it's kinda neat in that it's shaped so you can cut the egg crossways or longways.

I don't have one though. On the rare occasion that I make boiled eggs I slice them with my knife.
