I suddenly have the most nagging craving for fish and chips, and I live in the American southwest.

I'm gonna need to make this myself. I'm thinking Haddock, and battered instead of breaded (breaded seems like a meme). Going to have to pan fry.

How do I do this without completely fucking up? I NEED to have fish n chips tonight.
