Quick story. For the longest time I had constant stomach problems with blood shits here and there. Turned to substance abuse to dull it which made it worse.

The thing that actually helped me was therapy because for some reason stress made my muscles tense up which over the years made a big problem. As I firgured out the problems and started to change behaviour my symptoms got better and my psyche too.

Honestly the fact this is possible is complete fucking bullshit, but I take what I can get. Therapy is expensive as fuck, but it helped me and maybe it helps you.
