Good alternatives to salt? Currently have PKD and have to keep my salt intake to a minimum to keep my BP down. What's a good alternative to salt? What are some good low salt meals I can make that don't taste crazy bland?

Who /salt/ here?

I fucking love salt. I always add salt to foods, I don't give a fuck if it's seen as offensive because I didn't try the food first. And I realize many dishes contain salt already, or are naturally salty, but I still salt them niggers down.

Things I add salt to:
Eggs, Hashbrowns, Ramen, Soups, Hamburgers, Meat Loaf, Ketchup, Mayo, Hot Dogs, Brats, Chicken, etc.

I don't mean just in the making of them. I mean, if I'm eating a Hamburger at a restaraunt, I'll take the top bun off, and pour some salt directly onto the hamburger and then begin to eat.

I also like adding extra salt to ramen, drinking the salty broth, and then adding more salt to just the noodles, and eating that way.

I drink a lot of water, though.
