Eh, if you're gonna eat a salad i wouldn't even bother eating one with lettuce or leaves, that shit will leave u hungry and you'll just eat more. Your gonna wanna eat a heavy salad, volume eat. Personally i like eating chopped up cucumbers, tomatos, and chicken with ranch. Its a comfort food for me and super filling. Just buy low calorie dressing and follow the portion size to be aware of calories.

Eat more eggs, 1 egg is 80 cals so u can have 3 in the morning if u really wanted too and that'll only be 240cals. You can add sum potato or a cup of fruit. You'll be very full after that.

Focus on eating lots of protein and healthy fats from whole foods like fish, avocado, peanuts ect. Your carbs should come from mainly vegetables and a bit of fruit. Add grains for fiber like rice and oats, fiber will also help keep u full.

Most important part is keeping yourself full while eating whole foods, 500cals a meal is a lot to mess around with so you'll do just fine, good luck.
