Made with true lactic acid fermentation, like true Sauerkraut, and true Kimchi.

Salzgurken are the crown of normal pickles, especially when young and fresh, not heated, not sterilized. Fresh special so called Einmachgurken cucumbers, just with salt water, a tiny amount of sugar, dill, onions, garlic, some mustard seed, pepper. Then let it ferment for 1 week. Eat some after 3 days... wonderful.
