It was an A5 ribeye. I guess they cut them thin because the meat is so ridiculously fatty that it's twice as filling as a normal steak. It was not at all tough.
I tried cooking it 90 seconds on one side and 60 on the other, and even that was a bit too long. I should have gone 60 and 60.
