they shit alot anon. that is the secret. people that eat more shit more. its not rocket science. your body isnt very efficient at converting food. so most of the slop you eat will turn into shit.

i tried to talk about this on /fit/. all of those guys eat alot, trying to bulk up, are shitting alot.we are talking over 3 times a day. thats when you start bring in a newspaper to try and make all that time on the shitter somewhat productive.
