This "cheese" and don't forget to heat it all

Vegan diet usually works pretty well for me but cheese is one of those things that just don't.
Even the higher priced ones taste just bland and fatty. The cheap ones are usually made of coconut oil which you can absolutely taste no matter how much it's claimed you can't.
People who like vegan cheese probably also think pic related is acceptable cheese.
I still have hope though, maybe some traditional cheese makers will get into trying plant based options.
