my roommate told me to add corn startch to my pizza dough so it comes out a lil crispy. i just dumped a little bit in (maybe half a tea spoon vs something around 1.5cup water, 3 cup flower)

the dough then felt super 'waxy' or whatever that feeling that cornstarsh leaves of no resistance or something. did i add too much cornstartch and fuck things up?
